October 10, 2024: Utica, MI 48317 The Utica Chieftains football squad scored 53 points and limited the visiting L'Anse Creuse North Crusaders to 16 in the Chieftains non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Chieftains now sport a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Dakota for a non-league test on Thursday, October 17. Utica will clash with a Cougars squad coming off a 43-7 non-league win over Utica Eisenhower (Shelby Township, MI). The Cougars record now stands at 7-0.
With the defeat, L'Anse Creuse North drops to 0-4 on the campaign. The Crusaders host Sterling Heights Stevenson (Sterling Heights, MI) to clash with the Titans in a non-league test on Thursday, October 17. The Titans come into the test with a record of 1-5.
