October 10, 2024: Topsham, ME 04086 Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the Yarmouth Clippers (Yarmouth, ME) and the host Mt. Ararat Eagles (Topsham, ME), saw Yarmouth's soccer squad hold off Mt. Ararat by a count of 2-1.
The Clippers (3-2) will now prepare for their battle against Freeport (Freeport, ME). The Falcons enter the Class B - South battle with a 5-3 record.
Next up, the Eagles confront the Hampden Broncos (Hampden, ME) in a Class A - North battle, on Saturday, October 12. Mt. Ararat will attempt to upgrade on its 8-3 season record. The Broncos enter the battle with a 5-3 record after their 0-0 league Oxford Hills (South Paris, ME).
