October 10, 2024: Raleigh, NC 27609 The Sanderson Spartans felled the visiting Athens Drive Jaguars football team by a score of 35-21 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Spartans face the Cardinal Gibbons Crusaders (Raleigh, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 17. Sanderson will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record.
The Jaguars (1-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Broughton (Raleigh, NC). The Capitals go into the challenge with a 6-0 record. In their last challenge, Broughton toppled Leesville Road (Raleigh, NC), 32-29, in a league challenge.
