The Mavericks now hold a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Johnson for a test on Thursday, October 17. Madison will meet a Jaguars squad coming off a 28-8 non-league win over Judson (Converse, TX). The Jaguars record now stands at 1-0.
With the defeat, Clark drops to 3-2 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Brandeis (San Antonio, TX) to meet the Broncos in a non-league test on Thursday, October 17. The Broncos come into the test with a record of 0-2.
