October 10, 2024: Chicago, IL 60609 In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host Back of the Yards College Prep Bobcats volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 win over the Cristo Rey Jesuit Cristeros.
With the win, Back of the Yards College Prep improves its record to 2-8 on the season. The Bobcats host Victoria Soto (Chicago, IL) to encounter the Wolves in a non-league battle on Tuesday, October 22. The Wolves go into the battle with a record of 7-10.
The Cristeros now own a 7-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Christ the King for a battle on Tuesday, October 15. Cristo Rey Jesuit will encounter a Gladiators squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Cristo Rey St. Martin (Waukegan, IL). The Gladiators record now stands at 0-7.
