October 10, 2024: Brooklyn, NY John Jay Wolves (Cross River, NY) boosters exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Dewey (Brooklyn, NY), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, John Jay moves its record to 3-6 on the campaign. The Wolves travel to Lakeland (Shrub Oak, NY) to clash with the Hornets in a Conference 2 League E test on Monday, October 21. The Hornets come into the test with a record of 8-2.
The now sport a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Madison for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 15. Dewey will clash with a Golden Knights team coming off a 4-0 non-league win over Sunset Park (Brooklyn, NY). The Golden Knights record now stands at 6-1.
