October 10, 2024: Middletown, DE 19709 St. Georges Tech Hawks (Middletown, DE) boosters exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Middletown Cavaliers (Middletown, DE), 3-0 in a league test.
With the triumph, St. Georges Tech moves its record to 9-1 on the campaign. The Hawks host William Penn (New Castle, DE) to clash with the Colonials in a Blue Hen - Flight A test on Tuesday, October 15. The Colonials come into the test with a record of 2-4.
The Cavaliers now sport a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they host Smyrna for a non-league test on Saturday, October 12. Middletown will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 4-0 league loss to Sussex Tech (Georgetown, DE). The Eagles record now stands at 3-6.
