October 10, 2024: Clinton, SC 29325 The Chester Cyclones volleyball squad (Chester, SC), was defeated 3-0 in Thursday's league battle with the host Clinton Red Devils (Clinton, SC)
With the win, Clinton improves its record to 12-2 on the season. The Red Devils travel to Mid-Carolina (Prosperity, SC) to encounter the Rebels in a AA Region 2 battle on Monday, October 14. The Rebels go into the battle with a record of 16-7. Mid-Carolina won 3-0 in their recent league battle against Eau Claire (Columbia, SC)
The Cyclones now own a 4-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Columbia for a AA Region 2 battle on Tuesday, October 15. Chester will encounter a Capitals squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Fairfield Central (Winnsboro, SC). The Capitals record now stands at 1-9.
