October 10, 2024: Ashton, ID 83420 Firth Cougars (Firth, ID) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host North Fremont Huskies (Ashton, ID), 3-1 in a league test.
With the win, Firth advances its record to 10-14 on the season. The Cougars travel to South Fremont (St. Anthony, ID) to face the Cougars in a non-league test on Saturday, October 12. The Cougars go into the test with a record of 6-14. South Fremont won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Ririe (Ririe, ID)
The Huskies now sport a 11-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Jefferson for a 3A Nuclear test on Tuesday, October 15. North Fremont will face a Panthers squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Salmon (Salmon, ID). The Panthers record now stands at 8-13.
