October 10, 2024: Versailles, KY 40383 The Woodford County Yellowjackets (Versailles, KY) volleyball held off the visiting Henry Clay Blue Devils (Lexington, KY), 3-2 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Yellowjackets now possess a 13-9 record. They play next when they travel to Western Hills for a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 15. Woodford County will clash with a Wolverines team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Lexington Christian (Lexington, KY). The Wolverines record now stands at 15-12.
With the loss, Henry Clay drops to 10-18 on the campaign. The Blue devils host West Jessamine (Nicholasville, KY) to clash with the Colts in a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 15. The Colts come into the bout with a record of 16-16. West Jessamine lost 3-2 in their recent non-league bout against Great Crossing (Georgetown, KY)
