October 10, 2024: Vashon Island, WA 98070 The Sultan Turks (Sultan, WA) volleyball knocked off the host Vashon Island Pirates (Vashon Island, WA), 3-0 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Turks now possess a 6-3 record. They play next when they travel to Cascade for a non-league bout on Saturday, October 12. Sultan will clash with a Kodiaks team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Liberty Bell (Winthrop, WA). The Kodiaks record now stands at 3-7.
With the loss, Vashon Island drops to 0-9 on the campaign. The Pirates host Bellevue Christian (Clyde Hill, WA) to clash with the Vikings in a 1A Nisqually bout on Monday, October 14. The Vikings come into the bout with a record of 8-2. Bellevue Christian won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Seattle Christian (SeaTac, WA)
