The Bears (5-2) will now prepare for their test against Bellevue (Bellevue, IA). The Comets come into the 2A Group 5 test with a 7-0 record. In their last test, Bellevue knocked off Tipton (Tipton, IA), 38-8, in a league test.
With the defeat, Anamosa drops to 3-4 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Alburnett (Alburnett, IA) to face the Pirates in a 2A Group 5 challenge on Friday, October 17. The Pirates go into the challenge with a record of 5-2. Alburnett won 47-7 in their recent league challenge against Monticello (Monticello, IA)
