The Holdingford Huskers overwhelmed the host Apollo Eagles football squad by a margin of 61-8 in Friday's non-league test.

The Huskers now sport a 7-0 record. They take the field next when they host Sauk Centre for a Mid West Central - Blue test on Wednesday, October 15. Holdingford will meet a Mainstreeters squad coming off a 62-7 non-league loss to Litchfield (Litchfield, MN). The Mainstreeters record now stands at 0-7.

With the defeat, Apollo moves to 0-7 on the season. The Eagles travel to Little Falls (Little Falls, MN) to face the Flyers in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, October 15. The Flyers go into the challenge with a record of 1-6. Little Falls lost 40-7 in their recent non-league challenge against Melrose (Melrose, MN)
