The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Globe Tigers (Globe, AZ) and the host Arete Prep CHARGERS (Gilbert, AZ), saw Globe's football team nip Arete Prep by a final score of 28-21.

With the win, Globe advances its record to 4-4 on the season. The Tigers host Catalina (Tucson, AZ) to encounter the Trojans in a non-league bout on Friday, October 17. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 3-4. Catalina won 20-0 in their recent league bout against Coronado (Scottsdale, AZ)
