California High School Football - Mt. Eden falls to Arroyo

The Arroyo Dons felled the host Mt. Eden Monarchs football team by a score of 31-2 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Dons play the Encinal Jets (Alameda, CA) in a West Alameda County - Shoreline challenge, on Friday, October 17. Arroyo will attempt to improve on its 4-2 season record. The Jets go into the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 13-3 league loss to San Lorenzo (San Lorenzo, CA).

The Monarchs (1-5) will now prepare for their test against Alameda (Alameda, CA). The Hornets come into the West Alameda County - Shoreline test with a 6-0 record. In their last test, Alameda knocked off American (Fremont, CA), 54-0, in a league test.
