The Bay Area Christian Broncos football squad scored 53 points and limited the host St. John XXIII Lions to 13 in the Broncos non-league triumph on Friday.

The Broncos now sport a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they host Frassati Catholic for a TAPPS Freelance test on Friday, October 24.

With the defeat, St. John XXIII drops to 0-7 on the campaign. The Lions travel to St. Joseph (Victoria, TX) to face the Flyers in a non-league challenge on Friday, October 17. The Flyers enter the challenge with a record of 5-1. St. Joseph won 28-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Frassati Catholic (Spring, TX)
