The St. John's Prep Eagles overwhelmed the host Boston College High Eagles football squad by a margin of 35-0 in Friday's league test.

The Eagles now sport a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they host St. John's for a Catholic test on Friday, October 17. St. John's Prep will clash with a Pioneers squad coming off a 40-16 league loss to Xaverian Brothers (Westwood, MA). The Pioneers record now stands at 3-2.

The Eagles (1-4) will now prepare for their game against Malden Catholic (Malden, MA). The Lancers enter the Catholic game with a 3-2 record. In their last game, Malden Catholic was ripped by Catholic Memorial (West Roxbury, MA), 47-14, in a league game.
