Michigan High School Football - Central Lake tops Onaway
October 10, 2025: Onaway, MI 49765 The Central Lake Trojans football squad scored 30 points and limited the host Onaway Cardinals to 16 in the Trojans league triumph on Friday.
The Trojans now hold a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they host Cedarville for a non-league test on Thursday, October 16. Central Lake will meet a Trojans squad coming off a 48-28 non-league win over Peck (Peck, MI). The Trojans record now stands at 4-1.
The Cardinals (2-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Pellston (Pellston, MI). The Hornets go into the Ski-Valley (8 Man) challenge with a 3-3 record. In their last challenge, Pellston lost by Inland Lakes (Indian River, MI), 66-0, in a league challenge.
