In Friday's league game, the Conifer Lobos (Conifer, CO) football team triumphed over the visiting Skyview Wolverines (Thornton, CO), by a score of 56-0.

In their next game, the Lobos face the Wheat Ridge Farmers (Wheat Ridge, CO) in a 3A West Metro game, on Friday, October 17. Conifer will attempt to improve on its 5-1 season record. The Farmers enter the game with a 0-6 record after their 57-13 league loss to Green Mountain (Lakewood, CO).

The Wolverines (3-3) will now prepare for their outing against Evergreen (Evergreen, CO). The Cougars come into the 3A West Metro outing with a 4-1 record. In their last outing, Evergreen trounced Summit (Frisco, CO), 58-0, in a league outing.
