Creighton Prep Junior Jays (Omaha, NE) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Fremont Tigers (Fremont, NE), 37-24 in a league battle.

With the win, Creighton Prep advances its record to 7-0 on the season. The Junior Jays travel to Omaha Westside (Omaha, NE) to confront the Warriors in a A District 1 match on Friday, October 17. The Warriors come into the match with a record of 6-1. Omaha Westside won 58-17 in their recent non-league match against Elkhorn South (Omaha, NE)

Coming up next, the Tigers confront the Papillion-LaVista Monarchs (Papillion, NE) in a A District 1 match, on Friday, October 17. Fremont will attempt to upgrade on its 4-3 season record. The Monarchs go into the battle with a 3-4 record after their 34-17 league loss to Omaha Central (Omaha, NE).
