The Gretna Dragons walloped the host Platteview Trojans football team by a score of 49-0 in Friday's league challenge.

Next, the Dragons meet the Ralston Rams (Ralston, NE) in a B District 2 challenge, on Friday, October 17. Gretna will attempt to improve on its 4-3 season record. The Rams enter the challenge with a 3-4 record after their 37-10 league loss to Gretna East (Gretna, NE).

The Trojans (3-4) will now prepare for their outing against Plattsmouth (Plattsmouth, NE). The Blue Devils come into the B District 2 outing with a 3-4 record. In their last outing, Plattsmouth was overwhelmed by Waverly (Waverly, NE), 55-13, in a non-league game.
