In Friday's league game, the Jenks Trojans (Jenks, OK) football team edged the visiting Mustang Broncos (Mustang, OK), by a score of 55-48.

In their next game, the Trojans face the Deer Creek Antlers (Edmond, OK) in a 6A-I District 1 game, on Thursday, October 16. Jenks will attempt to improve on its 5-1 season record. The Antlers enter the game with a 2-4 record after their 40-24 league loss to Moore (Moore, OK).

The Broncos (4-2) will now prepare for their game against Edmond North (Edmond, OK). The Huskies enter the 6A-I District 1 game with a 1-5 record. In their last game, Edmond North was nipped by Bixby (Bixby, OK), 64-7, in a league outing.
