Ohio High School Football - Lincoln triumphant over Westerville Central

The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Lincoln Lions (Gahanna, OH) and the visiting Westerville Central Warhawks (Westerville, OH), witnessed Lincoln's football squad wallop Westerville Central by a tally of 42-7.

The Lions (6-2) will now prepare for their contest against Grove City (Grove City, OH). The Greyhounds enter the Ohio Capital - Ohio contest with a 4-4 record. In their last contest, Grove City was trounced by Pickerington North (Pickerington, OH), 31-21, in a league bout.

The Warhawks now own a 3-5 record. They play next when they host Central Crossing for a Ohio Capital - Ohio bout on Friday, October 17. Westerville Central will encounter a Comets team coming off a 47-0 league loss to New Albany (New Albany, OH). The Comets record now stands at 0-8.
