The Millard West Wildcats football team scored 62 points and restricted the visiting Omaha Northwest Huskies to 0 in the Wildcats league win on Friday.

In their next game, the Wildcats face the Lincoln North Star Navigators (Lincoln, NE) in a A District 6 challenge, on Friday, October 17. Millard West will attempt to improve on its 4-3 season record. The Navigators go into the challenge with a 4-3 record after their 27-13 league win over Grand Island (Grand Island, NE).

The Huskies (0-7) will now prepare for their test against Westview (Omaha, NE). The Wolverines come into the A District 6 test with a 5-2 record. In their last test, Westview triumphed over Bellevue East (Bellevue, NE), 41-0, in a league test.
