In Friday's non-league battle, the visiting Milton Wildcats football team scored a nice 35-7 win over the Wachusett Regional Mountaineers.

With the win, Milton improves its record to 5-1 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Walpole (Walpole, MA) to play the Timberwolves in a Bay State - Herget battle on Friday, October 17. The Timberwolves go into the battle with a record of 2-3. Walpole won 34-14 in their recent league match against Needham (Needham, MA)

Coming up next, the Mountaineers meet the Westborough Rangers (Westborough, MA) in a Midland Wachusett - A match, on Friday, October 17. Wachusett Regional will attempt to upgrade on its 4-1 season record. The Rangers come into the match with a 0-5 record after their 35-28 league loss to Grafton (Grafton, MA).
