Mooresville Blue Devils (Mooresville, NC) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the visiting North Iredell Raiders (Olin, NC), 49-7 in a league battle.

With the win, Mooresville advances its record to 5-2 on the season. The Blue Devils travel to Davie County (Mocksville, NC) to confront the War Eagles in a North Piedmont 6A/7A match on Friday, October 17. The War Eagles enter the match with a record of 5-2. Davie County won 22-7 in their recent league match against Statesville (Statesville, NC)
