Rock Hill Bearcats (Rock Hill, SC) followers went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the host Nation Ford Falcons (Fort Mill, SC), 30-14 in a league battle.

With the win, Rock Hill advances its record to 5-3 on the season. The Bearcats host Northwestern (Rock Hill, SC) to play the Trojans in a AAAAA Region 3 match on Friday, October 17. The Trojans come into the match with a record of 7-1. Northwestern won 56-40 in their recent league match against Fort Mill (Fort Mill, SC)

Coming up next, the Falcons confront the Catawba Ridge Copperheads (Fort Mill, SC) in a AAAAA Region 3 match, on Friday, October 17. Nation Ford will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record. The Copperheads come into the match with a 4-3 record after their 34-7 league loss to Indian Land (Fort Mill, SC).
