The Bobcats now sport a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Knox City for a 1A 6 Man 1 Region II District 6 (6 Man) test on Friday, October 17. Newcastle will meet a Greyhounds squad coming off a 68-58 league win over Northside (Vernon, TX). The Greyhounds record now stands at 2-5.
The Pirates (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Bryson (Bryson, TX). The Cowboys enter the 1A 6 Man 1 Region II District 6 (6 Man) challenge with a 4-2 record. In their last challenge, Bryson bounced Gorman (Gorman, TX), 52-6, in a non-league challenge.
