Pennsylvania High School Football - Peters Township tops South Fayette

October 10, 2025: McDonald, PA 15057

The Peters Township Indians football squad scored 31 points and limited the host South Fayette Lions to 7 in the Indians league triumph on Friday.

The Indians now hold a 8-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Baldwin for a WPIAL AAAAA Allegheny Six challenge on Friday, October 17. Peters Township will face a Highlanders team coming off a 40-7 league loss to Moon Area (Moon Township, PA). The Highlanders record now stands at 0-8.

The Lions (5-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Bethel Park (Bethel Park, PA). The Black Hawks go into the WPIAL AAAAA Allegheny Six challenge with a 5-3 record. In their last challenge, Bethel Park was defeated by Upper St. Clair (Upper St. Clair, PA), 57-32, in a league test.
