California High School Football - Redwood Christian thwarted by Viewpoint

October 10, 2025: Calabasas, CA 91302

Viewpoint Patriots (Calabasas, CA) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football squad thwart the visiting Redwood Christian Eagles (San Lorenzo, CA), 21-6 in a non-league match.

The Patriots (7-0) will now prepare for their match against Rio Hondo Prep (Arcadia, CA). The Kares come into the Gold Coast match with a 7-0 record. In their last match, Rio Hondo Prep defeated First Baptist (Dallas, TX), 49-28, in a non-league match.

Coming up next, the Eagles meet the Livermore Cowboys (Livermore, CA) in a non-league match, on Friday, October 17. Redwood Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 6-1 season record. The Cowboys come into the match with a 6-1 record after their 22-21 league win over Dublin (Dublin, CA).
