The St. Joseph Cadets were winner over the host Ridgefield Tigers football squad by a margin of 16-0 in Friday's league test.

The Cadets now sport a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host Darien for a non-league test on Saturday, October 25. St. Joseph will meet a Blue Wave squad coming off a 44-0 league win over Bridgeport Central (Bridgeport, CT). The Blue Wave record now stands at 4-1.

With the defeat, Ridgefield drops to 3-2 on the campaign. The Tigers host Bridgeport Central (Bridgeport, CT) to meet the Hilltoppers in a non-league challenge on Friday, October 24. The Hilltoppers enter the challenge with a record of 1-4. Bridgeport Central lost 44-0 in their recent league challenge against Darien (Darien, CT)
