October 10, 2025: St. Albans, WV 25177 The South Charleston Black Eagles football squad scored 62 points and limited the host St. Albans Red Dragons to 15 in the Black Eagles league triumph on Friday.
The Black Eagles now hold a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they host Riverside for a Mountain State game on Friday, October 17. South Charleston will face a Warriors team coming off a 42-18 non-league loss to Woodrow Wilson (Beckley, WV). The Warriors record now stands at 1-6.
The Red Dragons (0-7) will now prepare for their game against Lincoln County (Hamlin, WV). The Panthers enter the non-league game with a 0-6 record. In their last game, Lincoln County was ripped by Nitro (Nitro, WV), 64-0, in a league game.
