In Friday's league match, the host Half Moon Bay Cougars football squad scored a decisive 35-0 triumph over the Milpitas Trojans.

The Cougars (4-2) will now prepare for their match against Woodside (Woodside, CA). The Wildcats come into the match with a 5-1 record. In their last match, Woodside was routed by Hillsdale (San Mateo, CA), 13-10, in a league match.

Coming up next, the Trojans meet the Aragon Dons (San Mateo, CA) in a match, on Friday, October 17. Milpitas will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Dons come into the match with a 3-3 record after their 20-7 league loss to Sequoia (Redwood City, CA).
