October 10, 2025: Rochester, NY 14624 The Gates Chili Spartans volleyball squad scored 3 points and held the visiting Early College Sharks to 0 in the Spartans non-league win on Friday.
Next up, the Spartans confront the Spencerport Rangers (Spencerport, NY) in a Section 5 Monroe County II game, on Wednesday, October 15. Gates Chili will attempt to advance on its 1-11 season record. The Rangers go into the game with a 9-5 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Brockport (Brockport, NY).
The Sharks (8-5) will now prepare for their outing against Rochester Prep (Rochester, NY). The Tigers come into the non-league outing with a 1-2 record. In their last outing, Rochester Prep defeated Young Women's College Prep (Rochester, NY), 3-0, in a non-league outing.
