October 10, 2025: Greenfield, MA 01301 Fans at Friday's non-league contest between the Greenfield Green Wave (Greenfield, MA) and the visiting Holyoke Purple Knights (Holyoke, MA), observed Greenfield's volleyball team top Holyoke by a count of 3-1.
The Green Wave (11-4) will now prepare for their contest against Granby (Granby, MA). The Rams enter the non-league contest with a 11-4 record. In their last contest, Granby was knocked off by Mahar Regional (Orange, MA), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
The Purple Knights now own a 6-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Franklin County Tech for a non-league battle on Tuesday, October 14. Holyoke will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Ludlow (Ludlow, MA). The Eagles record now stands at 12-4.
