October 10, 2025: Talkeetna, AK 99676 Sitka Wolves (Sitka, AK) boosters left the game thrilled Friday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the host Susitna Valley Rams (Talkeetna, AK), 1-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Sitka improves its record to 18-17 on the season. The Wolves travel to Grace Christian (Anchorage, AK) to meet the Grizzlies in a non-league challenge on Friday, October 10. The Grizzlies come into the challenge with a record of 13-15. Grace Christian lost 3-0 in their recent league challenge against Nikiski (Nikiski, AK)
Next, the Rams meet the Nikiski Bulldogs (Nikiski, AK) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 11. Susitna Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record. The Bulldogs go into the test with a 17-8 record after their 3-2 league loss to Kenai Central (Kenai, AK).
