Pennsylvania High School Soccer - Cambria Heights knocks off Moshannon Valley
October 11, 2023: Patton, PA 16668 Cambria Heights Highlanders (Patton, PA) fans were thrilled Wednesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Moshannon Valley Black Knights/Damsels (Houtzdale, PA), 7-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Highlanders confront the Tyrone Golden Eagles (Tyrone, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, October 16. Cambria Heights will attempt to better on its 8-5 season record. The Golden Eagles enter the challenge with a 5-10 record after their 2-1 league loss to Bald Eagle Area (Wingate, PA).
The Black Knights/Damsels now have a 6-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Rockwood for a non-league challenge on Saturday, October 14. Moshannon Valley will confront a Rockets team coming off a 3-0 league win over North Star (Boswell, PA). The Rockets record now stands at 8-7.
