Michigan High School Football - Atherton overwhelmed by Hamady
October 11, 2024: Burton, MI 48519 The Hamady Hawks walloped the host Atherton Wolverines football team by a score of 62-24 in Friday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Hawks face the Ypsilanti Grizzlies (Ypsilanti, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, October 18. Hamady will attempt to improve on its 5-1 season record. The Grizzlies enter the challenge with a 2-5 record after their 54-44 league loss to Tecumseh (Tecumseh, MI).
The Wolverines (6-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Bentley (Burton, MI). The Bulldogs enter the Genesee Area challenge with a 4-3 record. In their last challenge, Bentley bounced New Standard Academy (Flint, MI), 16-8, in a league challenge.
