October 11, 2024: Cameron, WI 54822 The Cameron Comets football squad scored 50 points and limited the visiting Colfax Vikings to 12 in the Comets non-league triumph on Friday.
The Comets now sport a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they host Chetek-Weyerhaeuser for a Lakeland test on Friday, October 18. Cameron will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 33-7 league win over Cadott (Cadott, WI). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-3.
With the defeat, Colfax drops to 0-8 on the campaign. The Vikings host Boyceville (Boyceville, WI) to meet the Bulldogs in a Dunn-St. Croix test on Friday, October 18.
