Ohio High School Football - Cardington-Lincoln tops Loudonville
October 11, 2024: Cardington, OH 43315 The Cardington-Lincoln Pirates football squad scored 42 points and limited the visiting Loudonville Redbirds to 13 in the Pirates league triumph on Friday.
The Pirates now hold a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Northmor for a Knox Morrow test on Friday, October 18. Cardington-Lincoln will meet a Golden Knights squad coming off a 16-14 league win over Mt. Gilead (Mt. Gilead, OH). The Golden Knights record now stands at 8-0.
With the defeat, Loudonville drops to 0-8 on the campaign. The Redbirds travel to Mt. Gilead (Mt. Gilead, OH) to meet the Indians in a Knox Morrow test on Friday, October 18. The Indians come into the test with a record of 2-6. Mt. Gilead lost 16-14 in their recent league test against Northmor (Galion, OH)
