Kentucky High School Football - Christian County sneaks past Daviess County
October 11, 2024: Owensboro, KY 42303 The Christian County Colonels football squad scored 12 points and limited the host Daviess County Panthers to 10 in the Colonels league triumph on Friday.
The Colonels now sport a 1-6 record. They take the field next when they host McCracken County for a 6A District 1 test on Friday, October 18. Christian County will meet a Mustangs squad coming off a 59-57 league win over Henderson County (Henderson, KY). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-4.
With the defeat, Daviess County drops to 1-6 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Henderson County (Henderson, KY) to meet the Colonels in a 6A District 1 test on Friday, October 18. The Colonels come into the test with a record of 2-5. Henderson County lost 59-57 in their recent league test against McCracken County (Paducah, KY)
