Cypress Ridge Rams (Houston, TX) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the host Cypress Creek Cougars (Houston, TX), 31-17 in a league battle.

With the win, Cypress Ridge improves its record to 2-4 on the season. The Rams host Northbrook (Houston, TX) to play the Raiders in a 6A Region III District 17 battle on Thursday, October 17. The Raiders go into the battle with a record of 2-4. Northbrook lost 38-0 in their recent league battle against Cypress Falls (Houston, TX)

The Cougars now have a 0-6 record. They play next when they travel to Memorial for a 6A Region III District 17 battle on Saturday, October 19. Cypress Creek will play a Mustangs team coming off a 34-16 league loss to Cy-Fair (Cypress, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 1-5.
