The Hurricane Tigers football team (Hurricane, UT), dropped 38-7 in Friday's league bout with the visiting Desert Hills Thunder (St. George, UT)

With the win, Desert Hills advances its record to 5-3 on the season. The Thunder host Cedar (Cedar City, UT) to encounter the Reds in a 4A Region 9 bout on Wednesday, October 16. The Reds go into the bout with a record of 4-5. Cedar won 33-3 in their recent non-league bout against Logan (Logan, UT)

The Tigers now own a 3-6 record. They play next when they host San Juan for a non-league bout on Wednesday, October 16. Hurricane will encounter a Broncos team coming off a 63-10 league win over Delta (Delta, UT). The Broncos record now stands at 8-1.
