Elkins Elks (Elkins, AR) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the host Lincoln Wolves (Lincoln, AR), 58-0 in a league battle.

With the win, Elkins improves its record to 6-0 on the season. The Elks host Prairie Grove (Prairie Grove, AR) to play the Tigers in a 4A Region 1 battle on Friday, October 18. The Tigers go into the battle with a record of 5-1. Prairie Grove won 62-3 in their recent league battle against Berryville (Berryville, AR)

The Wolves now have a 3-3 record. They play next when they travel to Green Forest for a 4A Region 1 battle on Friday, October 18. Lincoln will play a Tigers team coming off a 28-0 league loss to Gentry (Gentry, AR). The Tigers record now stands at 1-5.
