Texas High School Football - Prestonwood Christian nudged by Liberty Christian

In Friday's league game, the Liberty Christian Warriors (Argyle, TX) football team edged the host Prestonwood Christian Lions (Plano, TX), by a tally of 30-27.

In their next game, the Warriors meet the Parish Episcopal Panthers (Dallas, TX) in a TAPPS Division I District 1 test, on Friday, October 18. Liberty Christian will attempt to move on its 5-1 season record. The Panthers come into the test with a 5-2 record after their 56-0 league win over Trinity Christian (Addison, TX).

With the defeat, Prestonwood Christian drops to 5-2 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Legacy Christian Academy (Frisco, TX) to meet the Eagles in a TAPPS Division I District 1 test on Friday, October 18. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 5-2. Legacy Christian Academy lost 28-24 in their recent league test against Bishop Lynch (Dallas, TX)
