Missouri High School Football - Lighthouse Christian crushed by Pierce City
October 11, 2024: Springfield, MO 65803 Pierce City Eagles (Pierce City, MO) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the host Lighthouse Christian Chargers (Springfield, MO), 50-12 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Pierce City improves its record to 4-3 on the season. The Eagles host Miller (Miller, MO) to play the Cardinals in a Southwest battle on Friday, October 18. The Cardinals go into the battle with a record of 2-5. Miller won 44-24 in their recent league battle against Skyline (Urbana, MO)
The Chargers now have a 0-6 record. They play next when they travel to Tomball Christian HomeSchool for a Freelance battle on Saturday, October 19. Lighthouse Christian will play a Warriors team coming off a 28-10 non-league win over Houston Christian (Houston, TX). The Warriors record now stands at 5-1.
