The Union Spartans football team (Rose Hill, NC), dropped 46-18 in Friday's league bout with the visiting Rosewood Eagles (Goldsboro, NC)

With the win, Rosewood advances its record to 5-3 on the season. The Eagles travel to North Duplin (Calypso, NC) to encounter the Rebels in a Carolina 1A bout on Friday, October 25. The Rebels go into the bout with a record of 6-0.
