California High School Football - Washington Union thwarted by Exeter
October 11, 2024: Exeter, CA 93221 Exeter Monarchs (Exeter, CA) followers went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting Washington Union Panthers (Fresno, CA), 31-0 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Exeter advances its record to 6-2 on the season. The Monarchs travel to Selma (Selma, CA) to play the Bears in a battle on Friday, October 25. The Bears go into the battle with a record of 2-4.
The Panthers now own a 2-5 record. They play next when they travel to Reedley for a battle on Friday, October 18. Washington Union will play a Pirates team coming off a 88-85 league win over Kerman (Kerman, CA). The Pirates record now stands at 4-3.
