The Bears now hold a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they host Hilmar for a non-league test on Friday, October 18. Summerville will meet a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 40-13 league win over Orestimba (Newman, CA). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 7-0.
With the defeat, River Islands drops to 1-5 on the campaign. The Riptide travel to Bret Harte (Angels Camp, CA) to meet the Bullfrogs in a test on Friday, October 18. The Bullfrogs come into the test with a record of 1-4. Bret Harte lost 26-0 in their recent league test against Linden (Linden, CA)
