October 11, 2024: Worcester, MA 01606 The Leicester Wolverines soccer squad scored 6 points and held the host Burncoat Patriots to 0 in the Wolverines non-league victory on Friday.
The Wolverines now hold a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Uxbridge for a non-league bout on Monday, October 14. Leicester will play a Spartans squad coming off a 9-0 non-league win over Tantasqua Regional (Fiskdale, MA). The Spartans record now stands at 3-3.
With the loss, Burncoat moves to 0-5 on the year. The Patriots travel to Fitchburg (Fitchburg, MA) to play the Red Raiders in a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 15.
